The USSSA National All State Championship (the "Event," "NAS," or "Championship") is an invite-only individual-player baseball event held in Lafayette, Louisiana from July 28 through August 2, 2026. The Event is operated by UBN — Unrivaled Baseball Network ("UBN," "we," "us," or "our") under the USSSA National All State banner.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By registering a player, submitting a coach application, purchasing a Skills Competition entry, or otherwise using this website, you agree to all of the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the site.

1.About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and UBN — Unrivaled Baseball Network. They apply to every visitor to this website and to every parent, legal guardian, player, coach, manager, and team representative who registers for or participates in the Event.

This page is organized into three parts: the Terms & Conditions that govern registration and participation, the Refund & Withdrawal Policy (Section 5), and the Privacy Policy (Section 15) describing how we handle personal information. Together they make up the full agreement covering your use of NAS.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the website. Your continued use of the site or participation in the Event after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2.Eligibility & Registration

The National All State Championship is an invite-only event. Players become eligible through Top-25 Power Rankings teams, through state-director nominations, or through independent nominations submitted by a state director based on player performance and standing.

A registration is not complete or confirmed until (a) the registration form has been submitted in full, (b) payment or an approved payment plan has been arranged, and (c) you have received a confirmation email from us. Submitting a form alone does not reserve a roster spot.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration — including the player's legal name, date of birth, age group, mailing address, and emergency contact details — and to keep that information up to date. We may decline, suspend, or cancel any registration that contains information we believe to be false, incomplete, or misleading, or where eligibility cannot be verified.

Roster spots are limited and are assigned at our discretion. Submitting a registration does not guarantee placement on a specific team, in a specific division, or in a specific age group.

3.Players Who Are Minors

Players in the Event are minors. Every registration must be completed and submitted by the player's parent or legal guardian, who must be at least 18 years of age.

By registering a player, you confirm that you are the player's parent or legal guardian, that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on the player's behalf, and that you accept these Terms — including the assumption of risk, waiver, and media release — for both yourself and the player.

The website and registration process are intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. See the Privacy Policy in Section 15 for more detail.

4.Fees & Payment

The player registration fee is the amount displayed on the registration page at the time you register. Fees are quoted and charged in U.S. dollars and may vary based on age group, division, registration date, or applicable promotions. The total due is always shown to you before you submit payment.

Payment plan

Where offered, you may choose to split the registration fee into three monthly installments instead of paying in full at registration. The payment plan is only available before March 1, 2026. If you select a payment plan, you authorize us to charge each scheduled installment to your payment method. You remain responsible for the full balance, and an unpaid or failed installment may result in suspension of the player's roster spot until the balance is resolved.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Your use of Stripe to make a payment is also subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. Available payment methods (credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and pay-over-time options such as Affirm or Klarna where shown) are determined by Stripe and may change.

Promotional codes

Promotional or discount codes, where offered, are subject to their own conditions, may expire, and may be limited in quantity or to specific registrations. They cannot be applied retroactively to a completed registration and have no cash value.

Important: All registration fees and add-on purchases are non-refundable. Please review the Refund & Withdrawal Policy in Section 5 before completing your payment.

Part Two — Refund & Withdrawal Policy

5.Refund & Withdrawal Policy

No Refund Policy. All payments made for the National All State Championship — including registration fees, payment-plan installments, Skills Competition entries, and any add-on purchases — are non-refundable for any reason. This includes, without limitation, illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, weather, personal emergencies, or a change of plans.

No transfers or credits

Payments cannot be transferred to another player, another team, another event, or a future-year credit. A registration is tied to the specific player named on it.

Withdrawing from the Event

If you need to withdraw a player, you must submit the official withdrawal form on the Withdrawal page. By submitting that form you acknowledge that:

  • All payments are non-refundable, as described above.
  • The player's roster spot is forfeited upon submission and may be reassigned to another player.
  • The payment cannot be transferred to another player, event, or future credit.
  • Submission of the form is your official, final notice of withdrawal from the Event.

Chargebacks

Because all sales are final, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in place of using the withdrawal process is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to contest disputes that are inconsistent with this policy and to provide the payment processor with the registration record and these Terms as supporting documentation.

Part Three — Participation

6.What Registration Includes

A completed player registration includes the package of items and experiences described on the registration and homepage at the time of registration. As of the effective date of these Terms, that package includes a five-game guarantee, two custom jerseys, an official hat, a championship ring, custom sunglasses, a personalized trading-card set, a bat bag, and play at a premier complex.

Included items and inclusions may be substituted with items of comparable value, and details such as game counts, schedules, and amenities may be adjusted for operational reasons. The five-game guarantee refers to scheduled pool/bracket play and may be affected by weather, facility conditions, or other circumstances outside our control as described in Section 13.

To appear on personalized trading cards, a player's photo must be submitted by the trading-card photo deadline of June 30, 2026. Cards may not be produced for players whose photos are not received by that deadline.

7.Skills Competition

The Skills Competition is an optional add-on for players who have already completed a base registration. Skills Competition entries are purchased per skill at the price shown on the Skills Competition page at the time of purchase.

Skills Competition purchases are subject to the same payment processing and the same No Refund Policy described in Sections 4 and 5. A Skills Competition entry is tied to the player named on it and cannot be transferred.

8.Jerseys & Merchandise

Custom jerseys and other personalized merchandise are produced based on the size, name, number, and other details you provide at registration. It is your responsibility to enter this information accurately.

Jersey size changes

An $80 fee applies to any jersey size change requested after a registration has been submitted, to cover re-production costs. We cannot guarantee that a size change requested close to the Event can be fulfilled in time.

Jersey issues and replacements

If a jersey has a production or fulfillment problem, you may report it through the parent portal. Where we determine the issue is our fault, we will provide a replacement at no charge. Where the issue results from incorrect information provided at registration or a post-submission change request, a replacement fee applies. Replacement jerseys are provided for pickup at Event check-in and are not shipped.

9.Travel & Stay-to-Play

The National All State Championship is a stay-to-play event. Unless you are a local resident, you agree to book lodging through the Event's official hotel partner. Stay-to-play participation is a condition of taking part in the Event.

You are solely responsible for all travel arrangements and costs, including transportation, lodging, meals, and incidentals. Registration fees do not include travel or lodging. Lafayette, Louisiana is served by three nearby airports (LFT, MSY, and IAH). We are not responsible for travel costs or losses arising from any change to the Event described in Section 13.

10.Code of Conduct

The Event is a family environment that celebrates youth baseball. Players, parents, guardians, coaches, and guests are expected to conduct themselves with good sportsmanship and respect at all times. The following are prohibited at the Event and at Event-related activities:

  • Abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language or behavior toward players, coaches, officials, staff, volunteers, or other guests.
  • Physical altercations, intimidation, or unsafe conduct.
  • Failure to follow the instructions of Event staff, officials, or facility personnel.
  • Violation of facility rules, USSSA playing rules, or applicable law.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove any participant or guest from the Event for conduct we consider unacceptable. Removal for a conduct violation does not entitle anyone to a refund.

11.Assumption of Risk & Waiver

Baseball and related activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of serious physical injury. By registering a player and participating in the Event, you knowingly and voluntarily accept those risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you — on behalf of yourself and the registered player — release, waive, and discharge UBN — Unrivaled Baseball Network, USSSA, the National All State Championship, and their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and facility partners (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the Event, including injury, illness, or loss of or damage to property, except where caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of a Released Party.

You confirm that the player is physically fit to participate and agree that, in the event of a medical emergency, Event staff may secure emergency medical treatment for the player at your expense if you cannot be reached. Maintaining appropriate medical and accident insurance for the player is your responsibility.

12.Photo & Media Release

By registering, you grant UBN — Unrivaled Baseball Network and the National All State Championship the irrevocable right to photograph, film, and record the registered player at the Event, and to use that footage, images, the player's first name, state, age group, and statistics for Event operations and for promotional, marketing, and editorial purposes across print, digital, and social media channels.

This release also covers the personalized trading cards and similar items included in the registration package, which use the player's photo and stats. This release is provided without compensation. If you have a specific concern about media use, please contact us before the Event using the details in Section 17.

13.Event Changes & Cancellation

We may modify the Event schedule, format, venue, game counts, divisions, team assignments, or other details at any time for operational, safety, weather, or other reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to registered participants.

If circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including severe weather, natural disaster, facility loss, public-health orders, government action, or other force majeure events — require us to delay, shorten, relocate, or cancel all or part of the Event, the No Refund Policy in Section 5 still applies. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs you incur in connection with any such change.

14.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost travel costs, lodging costs, or other expenses, arising out of or related to the Event, your registration, or your use of this website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Released Parties for any claim arising out of or related to the Event or these Terms will not exceed the total amount you actually paid to us for the registration giving rise to the claim.

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Part Four — Privacy Policy

15.Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how UBN — Unrivaled Baseball Network collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with the National All State Championship and this website.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we collect:

  • Registration information — the player's legal name, date of birth, age group, division, and team-related details.
  • Contact and household information — parent/guardian name, email address, phone number, mailing and shipping address, and emergency contact details.
  • Order information — registration selections, jersey sizing and personalization, Skills Competition entries, payment-plan status, and amounts paid or owed.
  • Payment information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details, but we do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications — emails, SMS messages, support questions, and withdrawal or jersey-issue requests you send us.
  • Website usage information — basic technical data such as device and browser information collected when you use the site.

How we use information

We use personal information to process registrations and payments, assign players to teams and divisions, produce jerseys, trading cards, and other package items, communicate with you about the Event by email and SMS, operate the parent, coach, and director portals, provide customer support, coordinate stay-to-play lodging, maintain the safety and integrity of the Event, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Event, including with:

  • Service providers who act on our behalf — for example, Stripe (payment processing), our email delivery provider, our SMS provider, and our jersey and merchandise producers — limited to what they need to perform their service.
  • The official hotel partner, for stay-to-play lodging coordination.
  • USSSA and event/team staff — including coaches and state directors — to the extent needed for roster management, team assignment, and Event operations.
  • Authorities or others where required by law, to enforce these Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of participants or the public.

Data retention & security

We retain personal information for as long as needed to operate the Event, support participants across the annual cycle, and satisfy legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access to or correction of the registration information we hold by contacting us. You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages; however, we will still send transactional messages necessary to administer your registration (such as confirmations, payment notices, and team assignments). To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any text.

Children's privacy

Registrations are submitted by parents and guardians on behalf of minor players. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, please contact us and we will address it.

Part Five — General

16.General Terms

Entire agreement. These Terms, including the Refund & Withdrawal Policy and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and UBN — Unrivaled Baseball Network regarding the Event and this website, and supersede any prior understandings on that subject.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the Event.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that is not otherwise resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
